Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, understanding and planning future productions and mass productions.
• Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to members, listening to their needs and addressing any concerns.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with team members, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
• Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to food safety standards and guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory, operate and maintain equipment, and demonstrate an understanding of product and layout execution.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and customers.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
