Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that Health and Safety is the top priority in all aspects of the job, adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the operations team to determine the most effective fuel blending methods and ensure fuel compatibility.
  • Production Planning: Assist in planning inbound schedules to maximize production and provide technical assistance during processing of materials with safety concerns.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate and monitor activities in the plant, including inbound and outbound shipments, to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Quality Control: Sample tanks daily to ensure quality control standards are met.
  • Process Optimization: Assist with managing aging inventory and feed blending for unit operations to minimize disposal costs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related science is required.
  • Experience: N/A
  • Knowledge and Abilities: Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. Must wear all required protective equipment and work in an outdoor environment withstanding extreme hot and cold temperatures.
