Position Overview:
Role: RN Registered Nurse Supervisor
Compensation: $49.00 per hour
Shift Availability: Part-Time 3p-11p, Per Diem

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, oversee, and implement nursing services for residents while ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
2. Supervise daily nursing operations to guarantee consistent, high-quality care for residents.
3. Collaborate with the Nursing Director to strategize nursing service operations and emergency support for shifts.
4. Coordinate nursing activities in accordance with medical requirements, physician directives, and comprehensive care plans.
5. Manage and direct charge nurses to ensure proper resident care.
6. Adjust care plans in partnership with medical staff to address any emergency medical needs.
7. In the absence of superiors, assume full responsibility for operational decisions as required by circumstances.
8. Ensure adequate relief staff availability before leaving the facility and communicate significant changes in residents' conditions to their personal physicians.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess a current state RN license and be a Registered Nurse in good standing. Previous supervisory experience is essential. Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, effective follow-through skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Long-term care experience is preferred, along with knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices, procedures, laws, and regulations governing long-term care.

Additional Expectations:
All RN Supervisor roles require weekend on-call rotation availability to support both staff and residents. Compensation details are available upon inquiry. Per diem staff are expected to fulfill two weekend shifts monthly to meet requirements.
