Role Overview:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within the established timelines while upholding the high-quality standards synonymous with SpawGlass.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading safety initiatives to achieve a zero-incident work environment.
  • Employing Lean Scheduling Processes to develop project timelines and collaborating with the project manager on budget preparations.
  • Proactively managing quality control to reach our zero-defect objective.
  • Coordinating with SpawGlass team members and subcontractors, overseeing job costs, and monitoring productivity.
  • Reviewing contract documents to identify potential conflicts or issues early in the process.
  • Acquiring job-site materials through competitive pricing strategies and maintaining an accurate on-site inventory.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a lead project manager on commercial construction endeavors.
  • Familiarity with technical tools, including scheduling and construction management software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to perform various physical tasks, including:

  • Twisting, bending, squatting, kneeling, and climbing.
  • Lifting up to 25 lbs frequently and standing for extended periods.
