Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused Lead Barista to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high-quality products, and contributing to store profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Passion for Customer Service:
    Welcome and connect with each customer, effectively recommend products, and accommodate purchases to enhance the customer experience.
  • Focus on Quality Assurance:
    Serve only items that meet visual and product quality standards, demonstrate knowledge and practice of safe food handling, and follow merchandising, stock, rotation, and storage standards.
  • Contribute to Store Profitability:
    Follow proper cash handling procedures, register policies, and inventory and stock guidelines.

Requirements

  • Preferable supervisory and/or barista experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have valid identification.
  • Must meet the company performance standards for the job.
  • Special skills: customer-focused, strong interpersonal skills, and food handling certificate preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs.
  • Job cycles: continual max.
  • Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
  • Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
