Position Summary:
The Production Assembler plays a vital role in our manufacturing process, focusing on the assembly of various products while collaborating with team members across different product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble a variety of products with precision and care.
2. Communicate any discrepancies or issues encountered during the assembly process to the supervisor.
3. Assist colleagues in different product lines as needed.
4. Follow detailed instructions meticulously.
5. Complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
6. Adhere to safety protocols and 5S standards.
7. Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the assembly process.
8. Engage in multi-tasking as required.
9. Perform soldering tasks as necessary.
10. Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED; an Associate's degree is preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Word and Excel.
- Experience with test and measurement tools (e.g., multi-meters, rulers).
- Ability to document results accurately.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment with both hand and power tools.
- Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively to meet deadlines.
- Committed to personal and organizational improvement.
- Basic proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Previous electronic soldering experience is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow instructions.

Salary Range:
$47,000 - $55,252.00
