Schedule:
Flexible options available for part-time or full-time work.
Compensation:
Competitive pay ranging from $32 to $35, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient interviews and document essential medical histories.
- Perform x-ray procedures within the defined scope of practice.
- Ensure patient safety through proper shielding and adherence to ALARA principles.
- Maintain imaging equipment and confirm the operational status of network and x-ray servers.
- Coordinate laboratory services as required.
- Update and manage patient records accurately.
- Assist healthcare professionals during medical examinations.
- Prepare and sanitize treatment areas and medical instruments.
- Cross-train in front desk medical receptionist tasks as necessary.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience as an X-ray technician with direct patient interaction.
- Strong time management abilities with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient management software.
