We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cheese Packaging Team Member. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and pack cheese blocks to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Operate equipment and processes safely and efficiently
  • Follow and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safe work practices
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and managers
Requirements:
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for long periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
