Primary Care Physician

KurzSolutions is seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at the Albuquerque Veterans Affairs Medical Center. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an ambulatory care setting.
Responsibilities- Perform history and physical exams, make electronic progress notes, and schedule return visits
- Write orders for lab and x-ray, prescribe medications, and request consultations from specialists and subspecialists as needed
- Participate in quality management activities and hold routine administrative duties
- Enter all medical documentation in the Computerized Patient Records Systems (CPRS) and electronically sign all
- Enter orders and prescriptions electronically using CPRS, as appropriate
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)
- Must have current license to practice medicine in any state, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States of Columbia
- Must have current certification in Basic Life Support certified by the American Heart Association
