Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and customer-centric Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing expert product knowledge, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a seamless shopping journey for our customers. Your passion for delivering outstanding service, combined with your enthusiasm for retail, will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Engage with customers, listen to their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including fashion trends, styles, and features, to effectively communicate the value and benefits to customers.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of our stores, including merchandising displays, signage, and store fixtures, to create an immersive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Operations: Participate in receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining store inventory levels, to ensure a smooth and efficient operations process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styles, and features, as well as the ability to learn and adapt to new products and collections.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, management, and customers.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently around the store to meet customer needs.

Salary
