LPN-Medical Passer

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Premier Health. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

• Administer patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and safety.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to accomplish patient care activities and contribute to the implementation of patient care plans.
• Comply with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, applicable regulatory standards, and institutional policies and procedures.
• Provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients, families, and significant others, directly impacting patient outcomes and care provided.

• Diploma Program in Practical Nursing
• Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Certified to administer medications
• Preferred: IV Certification
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience

• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong organization skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
