The Global Vendor Management Specialist will be responsible for managing external vendor partners, providing account-level oversight, and serving as the primary point of contact for vendor operations. This role will focus on delivering high-quality, on-time services that meet the business's needs.
The ideal candidate will have senior-level project and program management experience, preferably in the streaming industry or with companies like Google or Meta. They will also have vendor management experience, with a proven ability to set expectations and hold vendors accountable to key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities will include developing and implementing account-level strategies, maintaining regular account-level and operational syncs, conducting site visits and leading business reviews, and driving adoption of and compliance with frameworks and shared best practices. The successful candidate will also ensure vendor capacity and skill sets can support evolving business requirements and partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate the effective and efficient onboarding of new workstreams to vendors.
