Job Description

Independent School District 196 is seeking a dedicated and experienced Principal to lead #20 Elementary School. As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for providing vision, leadership, and guidance to our students, staff, and community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide instructional leadership and support to teachers and staff
  • Develop and implement academic programs that meet the needs of all students
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and the community
  • Manage school resources and budgets effectively
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • Valid Minnesota K-12 administrative license
  • Successful classroom teaching experience
  • Prior leadership experience in education, especially at the elementary school level
  • Ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and the community
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
