Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and schedule preventative maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Maintain and repair machine tools and other equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and maintain all machine service records to track maintenance history and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams as the area Maintenance Subject Matter Expert to provide technical guidance and support.
- Participate in quality control aspects, including dimensional inspection, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
- Passion for advancing human spaceflight and contributing to a pioneering company.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-skilled maintenance, with a strong background in troubleshooting and repairing various equipment.
- Familiarity with reading electrical schematics and proficiency in the use of precision hand tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
- Must meet U.S. citizenship or residency requirements.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with various machine controls and proficiency in industrial ovens and production assembly equipment.
- Knowledge of laser welding and vacuum chambers, with the ability to operate heavy lifting equipment.
- Basic hazard waste management experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
