Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Manager at Kyra Slade - State Farm Agent. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in assisting customers with insurance and financial services to help them manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with insurance and financial services to help them manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the State Farm agent to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of insurance and financial services products preferred.
