Salary

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary range of $74,800 - $117,400, based on individual ability and experience.

Job Description

As a BAS Specialist at Chinook Systems, you will be responsible for delivering quality via Commissioning/Emulation, Testing, and Simulation, as well as direct oversight and inspection of systems design, installation, and programming. You will be the go-to person on site to operate and maintain the BAS system for the client, maintaining and improving client relationships with all engineering disciplines and identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need proficiency (2+ years) with BACnet , LON, MODBUS, including HMIs. Other related HVAC or industrial automation, programming, or installation experience may be substituted based on skill set of candidate. Additionally, you must have proficiency (2+ years) with field installation, maintenance or programming BAS such as MetasysTM, DisTechTM, NiagaraTM, or similar building automation system. Demonstrable knowledge of Automation Networks such as BACnet, LON, MODBUS, and others and specifically Industrial/Automation IP networking is also required.
