The Texas Muslim Women's Foundation is a leading organization in the field of domestic violence prevention and intervention. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Social Services Programs to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of domestic violence services programs, including planning, coordination, and evaluation.
Key Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work or related field
- 5+ years of experience in social services, preferably in domestic violence prevention and intervention
- Proven track record of managing complex programs, supervising staff, and developing community partnerships
- Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan.
