About the Job:

- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to promote open communication and resolve conflicts.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in patient advocacy, customer service, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with patients and families.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Salary:$62,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
