Patient Liaison

Veterans Health Administration seeks a dedicated and compassionate Patient Liaison to join our team. This role involves coordinating complaint resolution, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring effective communication between patients, staff, and the community.

About the Job:

• Provide patient advocacy services to resolve complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on patient issues and concerns.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to promote open communication and resolve conflicts.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in patient advocacy, customer service, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with patients and families.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Salary:$62,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
