Lead Clinical Nurse

Join the Johns Hopkins Hospital team as a Lead Clinical Nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). As a clinical leader, you will provide guidance and direction to staff, oversee unit operations, and implement performance management of staff. With a focus on patient safety and clinical excellence, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement procedures for the unit and lead others in achieving these goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and direction to staff
- Oversee unit operations and implement performance management of staff
- Develop and implement procedures for the unit
- Lead others in achieving patient safety and clinical excellence goals
Requirements:
- BSN/MSN required
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license required
- BLS CPR certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted
- At least 3 years of acute care RN work experience; pediatric experience preferred
