ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team as a School-Based Behavioral Support Professional. This role will involve working closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to implement behavior intervention plans and provide individualized support to students with behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students with behavioral challenges.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, utilizing evidence-based strategies to promote positive behavior and academic success.
- Collect and record data on student progress towards behavioral goals, utilizing data-driven decision making to inform instruction and intervention.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure a comprehensive approach to student success, promoting a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- $22-$30+/Hr (Pay is negotiable & based on relevant experience)
- Weekly direct deposit.
