We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiology/Special Procedures Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patient's response to Plan of Care, communicate to members of the healthcare team, and implement necessary changes to care.
- Record relevant data on patient record to provide an accurate reflection of the patient care received.
- Set up and successfully record right and left heart pressures, recognize pressures by waveform, analyze and record values on patient chart.
- Participate in rounding and proactively respond to patient needs to improve patient outcomes and positively affect overall patient experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Graduate of an accredited School of Radiology Technology and/or ARRT IR certification and/or RCIS with IR experience.
- State of Florida professional license or certification and ARRT Interventional Radiology credential.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required.
- Two years' experience in licensed field and one year of Interventional Radiology experience.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills.
