Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery is responsible for providing individualized patient care, advocating for patients' rights, and promoting health and safety. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Advocate for patients' rights and promote health and safety.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Requirements:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
  • Neonate Resuscitation certification.
  • TX RN License.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN/MSN preferred.
  • 1+ year experience in Labor and Delivery required.
