  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and create comprehensive documentation outlining the project scope.
  • Documentation and Maintenance: Maintain thorough documentation of code modifications in line with company standards and best practices.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines effectively by juggling various project deliverables, production support needs, and system administration responsibilities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as DBAs and Infrastructure to ensure solution development aligns with organizational goals and standards.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to business partners when necessary, and occasionally step into an analyst role as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test cases, and support quality assurance and user acceptance testing alongside business partners.
  • Deployment and Troubleshooting: Assist with the deployment of solutions, troubleshooting issues during user training and acceptance testing.
  • Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks based on business impact to ensure attention is focused on critical business needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Körber (HighJump) software platform development is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: 5+ years of experience working with relational databases like MS SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL is preferred.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of supply chain, warehousing, and operations.
  • Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity and deliver timely results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Travel and Flexibility: Ability to travel as needed and work independently and in collaboration with IT and business teams.
  • Continuous Learning: Strong grasp of business processes and a mindset geared toward continuous learning.
  • Project Management Methodologies: Familiarity with project management methodologies such as waterfall or agile.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Time Management and Organization: Strong time management and organizational abilities.
