Converting Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Converting Supervisor to join our team at International Paper Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of hourly employees and ensuring the safe and efficient production of corrugated board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct a team of hourly employees to achieve production goals and objectives.
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
• Monitor and improve quality control processes to meet customer expectations.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or supervisory role preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Action-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven individual.
