Gymnastics Coach

We are seeking an experienced Gymnastics Instructor to join our team at OMEGA Gymnastics. As a Gymnastics Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching gymnastics classes to students of various skill levels and ages. Your duties will include leading classes, planning activities and lessons, tracking student progress, and attending department meetings.

• Lead gymnastics classes for students of various skill levels and ages
• Plan and implement gymnastics lessons and activities
• Track student progress and growth in our customer tracking system
• Attend department meetings and one-on-one meetings with the Manager
• Collaborate with students, staff members, and parents to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your coaching skills

• Previous experience working as a teacher or in a fast-paced environment is desired
• Strong passion for gymnastics, fitness, and coaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy and enthusiasm for working with children
• Able to lift and move mats, equipment, and students during hands-on spotting (approx. 5-75 lbs)
• Effective leadership and motivational skills for children of all ages
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of basic USA Gymnastics progressions and skills is desired
• Positive coaching style and ability to work with children of all ages
• Basic computer proficiency
• Passion for working with children
