About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at New Castle Hotels. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for maintaining employee files, processing HR-related paperwork, and providing exceptional support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records
* Process HR-related paperwork, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration
* Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
* Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition efforts
* Support payroll and benefits administration
Requirements:
* At least one year of experience in a hotel HR department or related field
* Completion or enrollment in a Human Resource designation program
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
