Salary & Benefits

Job Description

As an LPN at IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to deliver post-acute care to patients while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Delivering high-quality patient care as an LPN
  • Monitoring patients' physical and mental wellbeing and tracking vital signs
  • Performing intakes of residents and documenting their health concerns and medical histories
  • Reviewing medical records and charts to ensure accurate information
  • Administering medications safely and effectively
  • Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients
  • Assisting with IV setup, vaccinations, and phlebotomies as needed
Requirements & Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Current Massachusetts state license to practice as an LPN
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • High school graduation or equivalent required; degree from an approved LPN training program preferred
  • 1 year of experience as an LPN or in a similar role
