Physical Therapy Specialist

Job Summary:
A skilled Physical Therapist administers hands-on physical therapy to patients in their place of residence, working under the direction and supervision of our Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.
About this Role:
- Administer physician prescribed physical therapy to improve or minimize residual physical disabilities of patients.
- Returns patients to an optimum and productive level within their capabilities.
- Develops and implements personalized plans of care with input from multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintains accurate records of patient progress and communicates effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Coordinates with other home care personnel to ensure seamless patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Delivers high-quality patient care by following established policies and procedures.
- Liaises with physicians to modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Conducts thorough assessments, plan of care, maintenance program development, and reassessments every 30 days.
- Ensures accurate documentation of all clinical activities.
Requirements:
- Degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-approved physical therapist curriculum.
- Current licensure in the state(s) where practicing.
- Minimum two years' experience, preferably in home health settings.
- Possesses excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable to changing work environments and priorities.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer an attractive compensation package, including a competitive annual salary of $65,000-$90,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
