Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the facilities are spotlessly clean and well-maintained, adhering to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Clean residents' rooms and shared areas, paying attention to detail and ensuring a high level of quality.
  • Respond promptly to requests and needs, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
  • Dispose of waste and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Execute laundry services and daily bed changing, including ironing and pressing as needed.
  • Inspect residents' rooms and communal areas to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and residents to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must pass State and Company background and drug screens.
  • Demonstrates effective time management skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • Housekeeping or related experience is desired, but not required.
