About the Role

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $35,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience. Our Cake Bakers work closely with our team to ensure that every cake meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Bake cakes to order, following recipes and instructions from our head bakers
  • Decorate cakes with frosting, sprinkles, and other toppings as required
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in our bakery
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; baking experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
