Overview:

The Rocks Club is pleased to present an outstanding career opportunity for the role of Server/Bartender. Ideal candidates will excel in a dynamic hospitality setting and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to the clubs managed by Troon International.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide prompt attention to all guests upon their arrival.
  2. Articulate daily specials and menu offerings to guests, addressing any inquiries and providing recommendations as necessary.
  3. Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery to guests following preparation.
  4. Conduct follow-ups with guests to guarantee satisfaction and replenish items as required.
  5. Engage in pre-shift meetings and participate in taste tests to enhance service quality.
  6. Maintain an organized workstation and fulfill side work responsibilities.
  7. Handle checks and cash transactions with accountability, utilizing the Point of Sales System.
  8. Adhere to established protocols for order taking, placement, and delivery.
  9. Follow set standards for greeting guests, cocktail service, food delivery, and overall service techniques.
  10. Employ tray service for all food and beverage deliveries.
  11. Incorporate safe work practices throughout job performance.
  12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) along with at least one year of serving experience or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
  2. Must be at least 19 years of age to comply with state regulations regarding alcohol service.
  3. Availability to work weekends is essential.

Additional Qualifications:

  1. Exhibit high energy levels and motivation.
  2. Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.
