Overview:

Bright Harbor Healthcare seeks a dedicated Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team in Seaside Heights. This role is part of our Wellness Assistance Valuing Excellence (WAVE) program, providing supportive housing services to individuals with serious mental illnesses.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $38,800 per year, based on 40 hours of work per week at $19.00 hourly rate. As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and company-paid life insurance and long-term disability. You will also have access to a 403B plan with company match, 12 paid holidays, sick days, personal days, and accrued vacation time.

Job Description:

As a Mental Health Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in maintaining independent housing in the community. Your responsibilities will include providing medical records documentation for clients' needs, monitoring their continuous health needs, referring to/consulting with clinical staff for client concerns and needs, and providing input to the CRNA and IRP.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health-related discipline OR
  • An LPN plus two years of related experience
  • Valid Driver's License with less than 6 points
