Reconstruction Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to join our team in Evans, GA. As a Reconstruction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the project cycle for residential and commercial reconstruction projects. Your duties will include providing direction and coordination of all field activities related to the installation teams and any coordinated subcontractors, managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle, and securing any unique materials, permits, and/or equipment required to complete the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use and read Xactimate scopes to coordinate restoration reconstruction projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and progress of reconstruction projects, from start to finish while maintaining quality standards.
• Secure unique materials, permits, and equipment required.
• Plan, organize, lead, and manage field supervisors, production staff, and work with vendors to ensure scheduled delivery.
• Maintain reports accurately describing project status and review status with the team and client.
• Establish and maintain client relationships.
• Maintain a high degree of integrity and loyalty toward the company and brand.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in the residential construction field running jobs; commercial large loss a plus.
• 3+ years' experience in a Project Management/On-Site Supervision role.
• Disaster Restoration Industry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to oversee and manage 10-15 projects at one time.
• Able to read Xactimate scopes and other similar industry programs a plus.

Compensation:

• Base Salary of $50,000-$72,000 with potential to earn $80k-$110k+ DOE.
