Head Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Natural Grocers. As a Head Cashier, you will be responsible for leading our front-end operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience for our customers.

• Lead and manage a team of cashiers to ensure excellent customer service and efficient checkout processes.
• Train and develop cashiers to meet the highest standards of customer service and sales performance.
• Monitor and maintain accurate cash handling and inventory procedures.
• Ensure a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end area.
• Participate in store meetings and contribute to the development of store strategies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with other store teams to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience and supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and make sound decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Proficient in MS Office and other retail software applications.
