We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Ascension Living. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our physicians to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Responsibilities- Obtain patient history and perform assessments to diagnose and treat acute or chronic health conditions.
- Order and perform diagnostic studies, and provide preventative health assessments, screenings, and patient care.
- Provide direct treatment and management of health conditions, and counsel and educate patients and their families/caregivers on preventative health and treatment options.
- Document delivery of healthcare and nursing processes in accordance with specific specialty standards and network nursing policy.
- BLS Provider certification obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Nurse Practitioner certification obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Registered Nurse certification obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
A Master's degree in Nursing is required for this position.
