We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Pinnacle Park Chili's. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared to company standards and specifications. This includes monitoring food orders, controlling the pace of food orders, and following company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor food orders to ensure they are prepared to company standards and specifications
  • Control the pace of food orders to ensure efficient service
  • Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members across the restaurant to ensure seamless service
