Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our nursing team. Responsibilities
  • Assist with the administration of medications to residents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to prescribed dosages and schedules.
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort, responding promptly to any concerns or needs.
  • Document completed tasks, including daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements.
  • Communicate effectively with other staff members, including urgent needs and concerns, to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shifts, prioritizing resident care and safety.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
Requirements
  • Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification, as required by state regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing resident care and safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
