Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Ambe Healthcare Staffing. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory therapy services to patients in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver respiratory therapy services as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct pulmonary function tests and analyze results.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with current licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ohio RCP license and Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials.
- Ability to work in a dynamic clinical environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:
This position requires the ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day. May need to sit or stand for extended periods. Must be able to see in the normal visual range with or without correction and hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Finger dexterity to operate office equipment is required. May need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion. Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other formats is essential. Some exposure to communicable diseases or body fluids and chemicals is required.
Shifts and Schedule:
This position offers two schedule options: one 32-hour per week opening with every other weekend and holiday, and one 36-hour per week opening with every other weekend and holiday. Both options require flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our patients and healthcare teams.
Contract Details:
