- Develop and implement comprehensive evaluation and intervention plans, ensuring timely and effective updates to patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, reports, and documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support tailored to their needs.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
- Current licensure in the State of New Jersey.
- ASHA certification.
- CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, current automobile registration, and proof of insurance (for home care and early intervention staff).
