Position Summary
The Supply Control Clerk plays a crucial role in managing inventory levels within the department storeroom and designated areas of the hospital. This position involves assisting with the receipt of materials ordered by hospital staff, ensuring that all merchandise is documented accurately, and delivering non-stock items to the appropriate departments on a daily basis. Responsibilities also include restocking shelves, fulfilling supply requisitions, and preparing items for return.


Work Schedule: PRN - As Needed - Days, Monday to Friday (typical hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM)

Compensation: Starting at $15.74, with potential increases based on experience.


Qualifications:
A. Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
B. Experience:
Prior experience in warehouse operations, receiving, stocking, and inventory management within a healthcare setting is preferred.
C. Skills & Abilities:
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and dependability are essential. Proficiency in 10-key data entry is required.

Physical and Cognitive Requirements:
A. Ability to walk, stand, and regularly lift 40-60 pounds.
B. Must possess good hearing and speaking skills for effective communication. Visual acuity is necessary for reading and computer tasks.
