Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient information and progress
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
- Active CA license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
- 36 hours per week guaranteed
- Night shift
- May float to ER or Med/Surg on occasion, if training and experience allows
- Proof of negative TB screen within 24 months of contract starting date
