Job Details

Aya Healthcare is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Easton, PA.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in our NICU department. As a Respiratory Therapist with Aya Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in the NICU department
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Conduct respiratory assessments and make recommendations for treatment
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Current licensure and certification as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
