Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of ultrasound procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Explain ultrasound procedures to patients, answer their questions, and provide support.
  • Apply ultrasound gel to patients' bodies and program the scanner for specific procedures.
  • Capture high-quality images and present them to physicians for diagnostic purposes.
  • Evaluate images for quality and interpret them to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating diseases.
  • Maintain patients' records and medical notes on ultrasound procedures.
  • Maintain ultrasound equipment and sterilize procedure rooms.
  • Assist radiologists with vascular ultrasound procedures and ultrasound-guided biopsies.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as an Ultrasound Technologist.
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of ultrasound procedures and equipment.
