Plow Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Snow Equipment Operator to join our team at BrightView Landscape Services. As a key member of our winter maintenance team, you will be responsible for safely operating snow plows and other heavy equipment to remove snow from various locations. Additional duties include cleaning and maintaining equipment according to company policies, reporting to designated locations, and completing job sheets following each operation.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid Driver's License, and reliable transportation to and from work sites. While prior experience operating snow plow equipment is beneficial, it is not a requirement. The ideal candidate should be able to work in extreme weather conditions with varied schedules, lift 50 pounds, climb in and out of equipment, and sit for extended periods. Strong communication and equipment operation skills are essential for this role.
