Pest Control Specialist

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a highly skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residential and commercial customers, utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). This is a full-time position that offers a competitive hourly rate and a range of benefits, including a company vehicle, generous time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Determine prescribed treatment as marked on inspection graph and specification sheet
• Prepare site areas for treatment by removing and hauling off debris as prescribed
• Apply wood destroying organism treatments and techniques to customers' buildings and structures
• Collect service payments from customers and answer questions
• Keep equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possess a valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
