Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at The Melting Pot. As a Dishroom Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks on dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment
• Utilize proper pre-soaking procedures for tough food residue and follow chemical usage guidelines
• Document and report any repairs or maintenance issues promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless operation during shifts

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
