Job Description

Job Summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is a leading provider of acute inpatient rehabilitation services. We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and provide physical therapy services to help patients recover and regain independence.
  • Communicate patient progress and problems to supervisors and other team members, and assist with patient scheduling and post charges to patient records.
  • Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
  • Instruct patient families or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
  • Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
