Role Responsibilities:
The RN Supervisor collaborates with the Director of Nursing to ensure efficient and effective nursing care, focusing on positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction for patients, families, and staff.
- Report directly to the Director of Nursing.
- Lead and manage the clinical operations of nursing units during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Facilitate the implementation of care delivery models, mentoring staff, and coordinating with other departments.
- Work with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff levels for safe, continuous care.
- Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, and make recommendations regarding promotions and terminations.

Qualifications:
A graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing. Minimum of three years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience preferred, with at least two years in long-term care and one year in a supervisory role.
