Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing behaviors, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve the lives of individuals in need.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Implement evidence-based behavior analytic techniques to modify behaviors
- Provide training and support to behavior technicians and other professionals
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with clients, parents, caregivers, legal guardians, and families
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation
- Other related duties as required
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or a valid license as a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech and Language Pathology, or another related field
- Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities such as autism
