Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and oversee the upkeep of our equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical maintenance and a proven track record of supervising a team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform regular checks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage the maintenance budget to ensure effective resource allocation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in electrical maintenance, with some supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions.
  • Flexibility to work on-call duty and varied hours.
